THE LAW
of 23 March 2005
amending Act No. 99 / 1963 Coll., Civil Code, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

In Paragraph 180a, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) The Court of First Instance shall decide whether the consent of the parents of the child to adopt the child is needed, preferably and with the greatest speed. '
Efficacy
That law shall take effect on the first day of the second calendar month following its publication.
