GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 31 May 2000
on the declaration of the archive collection Historica Třeboň as a national cultural monument
The Government orders pursuant to § 4 of Act No. 97 / 1974 Coll., on archiving, as amended by Act No. 343 / 1992 Coll.:
The vintage collection Historica Třeboň, one of the most important sources of the political, cultural, legal and religious history of the Crown of the Czech and neighbouring regions of Central Europe, is declared a national cultural monument.
The vintage collection Historica Třeboň consists of 8,020 archives from 1216 to 1659. The archives of this archive collection shall be broken down into 5 parts of the inventory as defined in the Annex to this Regulation according to the inventory numbers and timing.
The Historica Třeboň Archive Collection is permanently stored in the State Regional Archive in Třeboň.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2000.
