THE LAW
of 18 May 1993
amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 500 / 1990 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the authorities of the Czech Republic in matters of transfers of State ownership to other legal or natural persons, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 438 / 1991 Coll., the Act of the Czech National Council No. 282 / 1992 Coll. and the Act of the Czech National Council No. 473 / 1992 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 500 / 1990 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic in Matters of Transfers of State Property to Other Legal or Natural Persons, as amended by Act No. 438 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 282 / 1992 Coll. and Act No. 473 / 1992 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 6, the following paragraph 5 is inserted after paragraph 4:
"(5) The Commission, upon request by other state bodies and the Land Fund of the Czech Republic and with the agreement of the Ministry, organises and ensures, mutatis mutandis, the transfers of other items of property owned by the State, in accordance with the Special Regulation 2a."
Note 2a is amended as follows:
"(2a) Act No. 472 / 1990 Coll., on transfers of State ownership to other legal or natural persons, as amended."
2. In Article 14 (1), the following shall be replaced by a comma after the words "and the documents" and "the clutch" and the following words shall be added: "to bear the publication of the list in a publicly accessible place in the operating unit."
3. in Article 15 (2), the following point (i) is added:
"(i) to pay the costs of proceedings arising under the final judgment of the Court of First Instance in proceedings against the Ministry on claims under Act No. 427 / 1990 Coll., on transfers of State ownership to other legal or natural persons, as amended."
4. Article 16 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The statutory body of an organisation which, out of negligence, is responsible for the organisation's failure to comply with the obligation to provide the Commission with the required information, documentation and documentation of the operating unit proposed for privatisation within 30 days and to allow it to enter the operating unit or to maintain the publication of the list at a public location in the operating unit, or to submit a late or incorrect or incomplete operating unit card designed for privatisation, the district office and the Prague City Office of the City of Prague will impose a fine of up to CZK 20,000. If it does so intentionally, it will impose a fine of up to CZK 200,000. This shall not affect criminal liability. ';
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
