amending Federal Statistical Office Decree 49 / 1985 Coll., on the basic conditions for the supply of works and services in the field of automatic data processing
The Federal Statistical Office, in agreement with the participating central authorities and the State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic pursuant to § 392 (1) of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., as amended (full version No. 80 / 1989 Coll.), provides:
Paragraph 15 of Decree No 49 / 1985 Coll., on the basic conditions for the supply of works and services in the field of automatic data processing, is deleted.
When ensuring partial modifications to the project documentation of automated systems delivered under an economic contract concluded before the date of application of this decree, the procedure shall be followed in accordance with the existing provisions.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1990.
