DECLARATION
Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Slovak Socialist Republic
of 15 December 1969
extending certain provisions of Decree No 48 / 1963 Coll., on domestic slaughter of pigs, compulsory sale of lard and purchase of hides and skins from such slaughter
The Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Slovak Socialist Republic, in agreement with the Ministry of Health and other participating central authorities of the Slovak Socialist Republic, provides, pursuant to Section 18 of Act No. 66 / 1961 Coll., on Veterinary Care:
The provisions of § 8 (1), first sentence, paragraphs 2 to 6 and § 9 of Decree No 48 / 1963 Coll., on domestic slaughter of pigs, compulsory sale of lard and purchase of hides from such slaughter, as amended by Decree No 100 / 1965 Coll., on the abolition of compulsory sale of lard, and Decree No 156 / 1968 Coll., on veterinary testing of domestic slaughter of certain slaughter animals, shall be extended until 31 December 1970.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1970.
