THE LAW
of 19 December 1968
concerning certain measures relating to the federal organisation of the State
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Federal Statistical Office
Management of federal material reserves
(1) The administration of federal material reserves is formed from the existing State material reserves.
(2) The administration of federal material reserves is managed and its President, appointed and withdrawn by the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, is responsible for its activities.
Administration of military courts
(1) Until the constitutional law referred to in Article 145 of the Constitutional Law on the Czechoslovak Federation enters into force, the proper conduct of the military judiciary shall be ensured by economic, financial and personnel administration of the military courts at the Ministry of National Defence. The Chief of Administration shall be responsible for its performance as Minister of National Defence. The Ministry of Defence (Ministry of Defence) shall be responsible for the military justice matters under the criminal law of the Minister (Ministry of Justice).
(2) Paragraph 35 (b) of Act No. 36 / 1964 Coll., on the organisation of courts and the election of judges, is hereby repealed. Paragraph 35 (c) - (f) shall not apply to the Supreme Court.
Central Commission for People's Control
(1) Pending the entry into force of the Law pursuant to Article 36 (1) (ch) of the Constitutional Act on the Czechoslovak Federation, it provides for the tasks of the control body of the Federal Assembly of the Central Commission of People's Control according to the existing regulations, *) within the scope of the control authority of the Federal Assembly.
(2) The Central Commission for People's Control ceases to be part of the system of the People's Control Committees.
Transfer of rights and obligations from employment legal relations
Rights and obligations from employment legal relations are transferred from the existing central authorities to the competent federal authorities or to the central authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic, or to the central authorities of the Slovak Socialist Republic. The principles for this transition are laid down by the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1969.
