on the issue of a price decision
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic in the Field of Prices, as amended, pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, and pursuant to Article 32 of the Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on the Promotion of Energy Sources of Energy Resources, as amended, and the Decree of the Government No. 300 / 2022 Coll.
According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published Price Decision No 15 / 2022 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 21 December 2022, amounting to 17. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. Price Decision No 15 / 2022 shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
