DECLARATION
of 23 January 2014
amending Decree No. 266 / 1999 Coll., on the method of providing free meals, equipment and transport equipment and on the accommodation of professional soldiers, as amended
According to § 93 of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on Professional Soldiers, as amended by Act No. 122 / 2012 Coll.:
Decree No. 266 / 1999 Coll., on the method of providing free meals, equipment and transport equipment and on the accommodation of professional soldiers, as amended by Decree No. 456 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 69 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 334 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 290 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No. 177 / 2012 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 13 (3) reads:
"(3) For the purposes of the acquisition and renewal of military equipment to be owned by a soldier, an electronic account of the monthly equipment requirements shall be established. If it is not possible to use the procedure according to the first sentence, vouchers shall be issued to the soldier for the issue of military equipment. '
2. Paragraph 15 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The value of military equipment shall be determined for the purpose of determining the amount of the monthly equipment requirements referred to in Article 13 (3) or for the purpose of issuing vouchers for the issue of military equipment, depending on the life of the equipment components and the cost of their acquisition. ';
3. In Paragraph 16 (1), "80 'is replaced by" 70'.
4. Article 17 shall be deleted;
5. Paragraph 18 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) If a soldier who has not been issued military equipment in the form of basic equipment dies in the performance of his duties abroad or in a foreign operation, or in exceptional cases where the military uniform of the deceased cannot be traced, destroyed or damaged, the service authority shall issue a military uniform without shoes and one set of linen to bury the soldier. '
6. Paragraph 18 (3) is deleted.
7. Annex 1 shall read as follows:

Efficacy
This Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication, with the exception of Article 5 (1) (a) and (b). I points 3 and 4, which take effect on 1 January 2015.
