on an infringement against measures to strengthen public order
The Bureau of the Czech National Council has acted pursuant to Article 121 (3) of Constitutional Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on the following legal measure:
The transfer against measures to strengthen public policy (1) shall be committed by anyone who organises or otherwise violates the public policy of a prohibited or unannounced public assembly, manifestation or procession (hereinafter referred to as the "public assembly ') or disobeys a call for dissolution or abandonment.
A fine of up to 10 000 CZK may be imposed for the offence referred to in § 1.
In block management2) a fine of up to 500 CZK may be imposed for the offence referred to in § 1.
Unless otherwise provided for in this legal measure, the infringement and its hearing shall be governed by general regulation.2)
Paragraph 3 of the Act No. 126 / 1968 Coll., on certain transitional measures to strengthen public order, is amended in such a way as to apply only to infringements of the decision to cease activity or to dissolve a voluntary organisation.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
