amending Decree No. 3 / 1987 Coll., on financial and material security for pupils of secondary vocational schools, secondary vocational schools for youth requiring special care and special vocational schools
The Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic, after consultation with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 24 paragraph 3 of Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., on the System of Primary and Secondary Schools (School Act):
The Annex to the Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 3 / 1987 Coll., on the financial and material security of pupils of secondary vocational schools, secondary vocational schools for young people requiring special care and special vocational schools is amended as follows:
In Part (b) "In all sectors of the national economy," the sentence at the end of this section is deleted and replaced by the following sentence: "All teaching and study fields in which pupils prepare for organisations set up for the needs of stabilization of works1) in selected territories at the western border of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic defined by the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.2)."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 1988.
