on the introduction of summer time in 1981 and 1982
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 1 of Act No. 54 / 1946 Coll., on Summer Time, and pursuant to § 85 of the Labour Code after discussion with the Central Council of Trade Unions:
The beginning and end of summer time in 1981 and 1982
(1) Summer time is introduced in 1981 on 29 March and in 1982 on 28 March. In these days, at 0.00 p.m. Central European time, the clock will shift to one hour of summer time.
(2) Summer time ends in 1981 on 27 September and in 1982 on 26 September. In these days, one hour of summer time will shift the clock to 0.00 hours of Central European time.
Impact of summer time on fixed weekly working hours
(1) The fixed weekly working hours for workers whose beginning of summer time in 1981 and 1982 will be one hour shorter in their working shift if this working shift is reduced as a result of the introduction of summer time, in the relevant week.
(2) The fixed weekly working hours for workers whose end of summer time falls on their working shift, if this shift is extended as a result of the end of summer time, will be one hour longer in the week in question.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
