amending and supplementing the Law on the Defence of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, the Law on the Jurisdiction of Federal Ministries and the Law on Defence Education
The Bureau of the Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has acted in accordance with Article 58 (3) of Constitutional Law No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on the following legal measure:
Act No. 40 / 1961 Coll., on the Defence of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, is amended as follows:
Article 16 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Civil defence management is for the Minister of National Defence of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic."
2. Paragraph 30 repeals paragraph 5.
Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., on the jurisdiction of federal ministries, is amended as follows:
1.
the following words are added at the end of the first sentence: "and for civil defence management '.
2.V § 15
the following point (f) is inserted after point (e):
"(f) prepare the concept, focus and main tasks of civil defence."
3.
the words "and civil defence 'are deleted.
4.V § 19
the words "and for the management of civil defence preparation 'are deleted.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
