As a result of the fulfilment of the conditions set out in Article I (1) of Constitutional Act No. 52 / 1970 Coll., on the extension of the term of office of judges of the Regional and District Courts, the current term of office of judges of the Municipal Court in Prague and the District Courts in České Budějovice and Most will expire on 31 January 1971.
