GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 2 March 1960
amending Government Regulation No 7 / 1954 Coll., on the circulation of legal money
The Government of the Republic of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to § 9 (a) of Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll., on Money Reform:
Government Decree No. 7 / 1954 Coll., on the circulation of legal money, is amended as follows:
"(1) For unintentionally damaged banknotes, statuses and coins, the State Bank grants Czechoslovak compensation under directives approved by the Minister of Finance and published in the Official Journal.
(2) No refund is granted for banknotes, stalls and coins intentionally damaged; the Minister of Finance may authorise an exemption for socialist sector organisations'.
This Regulation shall take effect from 1 April 1960; to be carried out by the Minister for Finance.
