Order of the Minister of Justice
of 14 May 1952
determining the amount of legal interest.
In agreement with the ministers involved, the Minister of Justice hereby orders the Civil Code No. 141 / 1950 Coll., § 255 and 569:
Paragraph 7 of the Decree No. 157 / 1950 Coll. implementing certain provisions of the Civil Code is added and reads:
"The amount of statutory interest shall be adjusted to 21 / 2 per cent per year; This does not apply to contractual legal relations with foreign persons. '
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
