on the extension of the commitment of the Collective Higher Level Contract
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective Agreement of the Higher Degree for 2014, concluded on 4 June 2014 between the Higher Trade Union Body - Trade Union of Workers of Agriculture and Nutrition - Association of Free Trade Unions of the Czech Republic and the Employers' Organisation - Agricultural Association of the Czech Republic, is binding on other employers with a dominant activity in the sector identified by the classification codes of economic activities CZ - NACE with the number level 1, code A Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries.
