amending Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on waste and amending certain other laws, as amended, Act No. 25 / 2008 Coll., on an integrated register of environmental pollution and an integrated system for fulfilling environmental reporting obligations and amending certain acts, as amended, and Act No. 56 / 2001 Coll., on the conditions of use of vehicles on the road, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Integrated Environmental Pollution Register Act and the Integrated Environmental Reporting System
In Article 4 of Act No. 25 / 2008 Coll., on the Integrated Environmental Pollution Register and the Integrated Environmental Reporting System, as amended by Act No. 77 / 2011 Coll., paragraph 1, including footnote 9, reads:
"(1) An integrated system of environmental reporting obligations is hereby established, which serves to fulfil reporting obligations under § 3 and under special legislation6) and other acts, if provided for in special legislation9). The integrated environmental reporting system shall be managed by the Ministry.
9) For example, Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on waste and amending some other laws, as amended. '
Amendment to the Road Traffic Conditions Act
Act No. 56 / 2001 Coll., on the conditions for the operation of vehicles on the road and on the amendment of Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on the insurance of liability for damage caused by the operation of the vehicle and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on the insurance of liability from the operation of the vehicle), as amended by Act No. 297 / 1999 Coll., as amended by Act No. 347 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 175 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 193 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 103 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 342 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 170 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 124 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 137 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 333 / 2006 Coll.
1. in Article 13 (1) (a), the words "or the purpose of their use has ceased to exist" shall be deleted;
2. In Paragraph 13 (2), the words "or their further use 'are deleted.
EFFECTIVE
This Law shall enter into force on 1 October 2013, with the exception of Article I (47), which shall take effect on 1 January 2015, Article 1 (1) (a) and (b), Article 1 (1) (a) and (c). Article 1 (1) (c)
