amending Act No. 22 / 2004 Coll., on local referendum and amending certain laws, as amended by Act No. 234 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 128 / 2000 Coll., on municipalities (municipal establishment), as amended, and Act No. 131 / 2000 Coll., on the Capital City of Prague, as amended

Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

ČÁST PRVNÍ

Amendment of the Local referendum Act

Čl. I

Act No. 22 / 2004 Coll., on local referendum and amending certain laws, as amended by Act No. 234 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:

1. In Paragraph 48 (1), "at least half 'is replaced by" at least 35%'.

2. In Paragraph 48, at the end of paragraph 2, the words "and at least 25% of the authorised persons entered in the lists of authorised persons' shall be added.

ČÁST DRUHÁ

Amendment to the Municipality Act

Čl. II

In Article 89 (2) of Act No. 128 / 2000 Coll., on municipalities (municipal establishment), as amended by Act No. 234 / 2006 Coll., the words "or with a decision adopted in a local referendum 'are deleted.

ČÁST TŘETÍ

Amendment to the Prague Capital Act

Čl. III

In Article 67 (2) and Article 92 (4) of Act No. 131 / 2000 Coll., on the Capital City of Prague, as amended by Act No. 22 / 2004 Coll., the words "or with the results of a local referendum held 'are deleted.

ČÁST ČTVRTÁ

EFFECTIVE

Čl. IV

That law shall take effect on the first day of the second calendar month following its publication.
