GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 4 June 2003
amending Government Regulation No. 82 / 2003 Coll., fixing the rate of the import duty on pigmeat originating in the Republic of Poland to the Czech Republic
The Government mandates pursuant to Section 5 of Act No. 62 / 2000 Coll., on certain arrangements for the export or import of products and on licensing and amending certain laws:
Government Regulation No. 82 / 2003 Coll., fixing the rate of the import duty on pigmeat originating in the Republic of Poland to the Czech Republic, is hereby amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1, including footnote 1a, reads:
For goods under subheading 0203 11 10 - (1) The rate of import duty fixed by the customs tariff shall apply to domestic swine, as specified in the Customs Tariff, (1) originating in the Republic of Poland, and the preferential duty fixed for the Contracting States of the Central European Free Trade Agreement (1a) concluded between the Czech Republic, the Republic of Hungary, the Republic of Poland and the Slovak Republic shall not apply.
1a) Central European Free Trade Agreement concluded between the Czech Republic, the Republic of Hungary, the Republic of Poland and the Slovak Republic, published under No 54 / 1995 Coll., as amended. Protocol 5 to the CEFTA Agreement on the exchange of agricultural concessions between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, of the one part, and the Republic of Poland, of the other part. '
Article 2 (3) and (4) are deleted;
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
