GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 31 May 2000
amending Government Regulation No. 129 / 1998 Coll., laying down further cases where no foreign exchange permit is required
The Government mandates pursuant to § 19 of Act No. 219 / 1995 Coll., Foreign Exchange Act:
In Article 1 of Decree-Law No 129 / 1998 Coll., which provides for further cases where an exchange permit is not required, the word "law." shall be replaced by the words "law, or" and the following point (g) shall be added:
"(g) to establish or maintain an account in a foreign or Czech currency abroad or to entrust or deposit its own funds in a foreign or Czech currency on an account held abroad pursuant to Article 6 (3) of the Act."
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2001.
