CONSTRUCTION LAW
of 9 November 1988
on changes in the course of national borders at border waterways with the People's Republic of Poland
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this constitutional law:
§ 1
The Federal Assembly agrees with the Treaty between the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the People's Republic of Poland on the progress of national borders in connection with the results of the first joint examination of the progress of the Czechoslovak-Polish national borders at border waterways, signed in Warsaw on 10 December 1986.
§ 2
Changes to the borders of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the borders of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Slovak Socialist Republic under the Treaty referred to in § 1 shall take effect on the date on which this Treaty enters into force.
§ 3
This constitutional law shall take effect on the day of its publication.
