Law
of 20 December 1950
on the abolition of certain charges.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
§ 1.
All the provisions of the Charges Act, as amended by the laws amending it and supplementing it, in Slovakia, the charging rules as amended by the Regulations, are repealed, and all other provisions, if they are governed by them:
1. Charges on repayable transfers of movable assets,
2nd scale (in Slovakia) legal fees,
3. fees for bills,
4. lotteries, compositions, prize-winning and totalitarian and bookmaking bets,
5. Charges on commercial contracts, excluding fees on real estate transfers, fees on participation of foreign companies in domestic business (in Slovakia, the Admission Fee), fees on the acquisition of shares by existing shareholders in increasing the share capital of public limited liability companies or limited liability companies and similar increases in the shares of existing shareholders in limited liability companies and mining companies,
6. Fees on social and profit-sharing contracts, including fees on real estate transfers,
7. fixed round charges for submissions, additional percentage fees for certain submissions in business matters,
8. fixed stamp duties on certificates, bills of lading, postal notes, livestock passports, fishing tickets and other documents,
9. Last acquisition fee,
10. fees for the provision by the senal for a specific district and for the entry in the list of lawyers;
11. trade tax on securities,
12th charge on phone charges.
§ 2.
Paragraph 1 (7) and (8) shall not apply to the provisions on fixed duty:
1. judicial,
2. in proceedings before an administrative court,
3. for official copies and for official or notarial verification of copies,
4. for verifying the authenticity of the signature of the Parties on the documents;
5. for translations of sworn interpreters and exchange protests,
6th after the second and another statement from the matrix,
7. for lifts and certificates from public books and registers as well as from criminal records.
§ 3.
The fees imposed by this Act shall not be levied, even if the State's entitlement to them was established before the entry into force of this Act, if their measurement had been stopped or if the payment obligation had also been made by a national undertaking, a municipal undertaking or a folk cooperative; However, the fees paid shall not be refunded.
§ 4.
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1951; to be carried out by the Minister for Finance.
