THE LAW
of 18 March 2020
amending Act No. 107 / 1999 Coll., on the Rules of Procedure of the Senate, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 146 of Act No. 107 / 1999 Coll., on the Rules of Procedure of the Senate, as amended by Act No. 172 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 625 / 2006 Coll., the following paragraph 2 is inserted after paragraph 1:
"(2) The Office of the Senate is entitled to sell commemorative and promotional items relating to the activities of the Senate or the Office of the Senate. Revenue from the sale of commemorative and promotional items by Senate offices is the income of the state budget."
Paragraphs 2 and 3 shall become paragraphs 3 and 4.
That law shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
