GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 6 August 2014
amending Government Regulation No 290 / 1995 Coll., establishing a list of occupational diseases, as amended by Government Regulation No 114 / 2011 Coll.
The government orders pursuant to § 107 (1) (b) of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance:
Čl. I
Government Regulation No 290 / 1995 Coll., establishing the list of occupational diseases, as amended by Government Regulation No 114 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (3), the words "medical devices are subject to special provisions (1) 'are replaced by the words" other legislation applies to relevant health service providers (1).';

"1) Act No. 373 / 2011 Coll., on Specific Health Services, as amended. Decree No. 104 / 2012 Coll., on the establishment of closer requirements for the procedure for the assessment and recognition of occupational diseases and the range of persons to whom a medical opinion on occupational disease is transmitted, the conditions under which the disease can no longer be recognised as an occupational disease and the formalities for a medical opinion (Decree on the assessment of occupational diseases). '
2. In the Annex to Chapter II, under heading 9, the words "weight bags' shall be inserted after the words" tendon binders'.
3. In Chapter II of the Annex, headings 11 and 12 are deleted.
4. In Chapter III (c) of the Annex, the words "pleural or peritoneum 'are deleted.
5. In Chapter III (2d) of the Annex, the words "or larynx cancer 'are replaced by the words" larynx cancer or ovarian cancer'.
6. In the Annex to Chapter III, entry 5, the words "aluminium oxide gamma 'are replaced by the words" aluminium'.
7. In the Annex to Chapter III, entry 11, the words ", sisal or sugar cane 'are replaced by the words" or sisal'.
8. In Chapter III of the Annex, entry 13 is replaced by the following:
"13. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with FEV1 / FVC less than 0,70 and FEV1 50% of reference values or less (COPD stage III)
The disease occurs in the underground mining of coal mines when at least 80% of the maximum permissible exposure is achieved and is newly detected within two years of the end of work at the latest at the risk of fibrogenic dust containing free crystalline silica. '
Čl. II
Transitional provision
The occupational diseases are also diseases listed in the list of occupational diseases and arose under the conditions laid down in Government Decree No 290 / 1995 Coll., as effective until the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Čl. III
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2015.
