amending Act No. 121 / 2000 Coll., on copyright law, on copyright law and on the amendment of certain laws (Copyright Act), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 121 / 2000 Coll., on copyright law, on copyright law and amending certain laws (Copyright Act), as amended by Act No. 81 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 61 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 186 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 216 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 23, the second sentence is replaced by the following: "For the making available of works by means of technically eligible radio and television broadcasting units in the framework of the provision of accommodation-related services, where such facilities are located in premises intended for private use by persons residing, the authors shall be entitled to a remuneration which, in total, may not exceed 50% of the amount of the fee per unit laid down by special law 1b). '; and in the third sentence, the word" also' shall be deleted.

"1b) Act No. 348 / 2005 Coll., on radio and television charges and amending certain laws, as amended. '
2. In Paragraph 97 (2), the words "based in the Czech Republic 'are deleted.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
