amending Decree of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 34 / 1986 Coll., on the one-off exceptional compensation for damage to health in the performance of fire protection tasks
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 81 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 133 / 1985 Coll., on fire protection:
Paragraph 2 (2) of the Decree of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 34 / 1986 Coll., on the one-off exceptional compensation for damage to health in the performance of fire protection tasks, reads as follows:
"(2) One-off exceptional compensation as referred to in paragraph 1 shall be granted:
(a) a child damaged in the amount of 8000 Ccs;
(b) a victim's spouse of 5000 Kns;
(c) parents who are injured in total of 5000 Ccs,
(d) to other persons who have been dependent on the victim's nutrition up to a total of 5000 CZK. "
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1990.
