of 12 September 1947
on the establishment of the Janáček Academy of Musical Arts in Brno.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
§ 1.
(1) The University of Janáček Academy of Musical Arts is established in Brno in early 1947 / 48.
(2) This college has unions of music and drama.
(3) The Minister of Education and Education provides for the opening of the drama department.
§ 2.
The Organisational Statute will be issued by the Minister for Education and Education.
§ 3.
In the Act of 22 March 1920, No 183 Coll., establishing a state music and dramatic conservatory in Brno, the provisions of Section 3 are deleted.
§ 4.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Minister for Education and Education in agreement with the Ministers involved.
