of 19 July 2018
amending Act No 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Education Act
In Article 34 (1) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 178 / 2016 Coll. and Act No. 101 / 2017 Coll., the first sentence is replaced by the sentences "Pre-school education is organised for children aged between 3 and 6, but first for children aged from 2 years. A child under the age of 3 shall not be entitled to admission to a nursery school. ';
In Act No. 178 / 2016 Coll., amending Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act), as amended, and Act No. 200 / 1990 Coll., on Infringements, as amended, Part 1 of the Act on Infringements, Part 1 of the Act on Infringements, Part 1 of the Act on Infringements, Part 1 of the Act on Infringements, Part 1 of the Act on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on Infringement, on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Presence of Education, and on the Law on the Law on the Protection of Persons and on the Protection of the Law on the Law on the Protection of the Law on the Law on the Protection of the Law on the Protection of the Protection of the Protection of the Protection of the Protection of the Protection of the European Communities, and on the Protection of the European Communities, and on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Law on the Protection of Point 14 shall also be deleted.
In Act No. 101 / 2017 Coll., amending Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act), as amended, in Article II (1), "2018 'is replaced by" 2019'.
EFFECTIVE
This Law shall enter into force on 1 September 2018, with the exception of Article II, which shall take effect on 1 September 2020.
