GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 30 July 2014
amending Government Regulation No. 211 / 2010 Coll., on the system of fields of education in basic, secondary and higher vocational education, as amended by Government Regulation No. 367 / 2012 Coll.
The Government mandates pursuant to § 3 (5), § 58 (5) and § 83 (1) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 49 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 472 / 2011 Coll.:

Government Regulation No. 211 / 2010 Coll., on the system of fields of education in basic, secondary and higher vocational education, as amended by Government Regulation No. 367 / 2012 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, Section C, Part C2, the row:

4. In Section D of Annex 1, the following entries are added at the end of Part D2:
"(9) The field of education providing secondary education with a graduate examination valid from the school year 2014 / 2015, starting from the 1st year.
10) Education can only be studied in schools established by the Ministry of Defence.
11) In the field of education provided at schools established by the Ministry of Defence, health restrictions No 27 are applicable in accordance with Annex 2 to this Regulation to the Government with effect from the school year 2015 / 2016 as from the 1st year. '
