DECLARATION
of 20 June 2007
repealing certain legislation under the responsibility of the Ministry of Health
The Ministry of Health provides for the establishment of ministries and other central government bodies of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 60 / 1988 Coll., Act No. 203 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll. and Act No. 362 / 2004 Coll., and pursuant to Act No. 70 (1) (c) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the Care of People, as amended by Act No. 548 / 1991 Coll.:
§ 1
They shall be deleted:
1. Directive of the Ministry of Health No. 31 / 1968 of the MZ Bulletin on work relief and economic security of health professionals who are trained in health education institutions, announced in the amount of 44 / 1968 Coll.
2. Directive of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic No 2 / 1979 The Bulletin of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, which amends the Directive of the Ministry of Health No. 31 / 1968 The Bulletin of the Ministry of Labour and Economic Security of Medical Workers who are educated in health education institutions, announced in the amount of 22 / 1979 Coll.
3. Directive of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 7 / 1981 Bulletin of MZ ČSR on emergency medical services, announced in amount 22 / 1981 Coll.
§ 2
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
