DECLARATION

amending Decree No 322 / 2005 Coll., on further studies and, where appropriate, teaching which are considered to be secondary or higher education for the purposes of State Social Support and Pension Insurance
In agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 15 of Act No. 117 / 1995 Coll., on State Social Support, and § 108 (2) of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance:
In Annex 1 to Decree No 322 / 2005 Coll., on further study and, where appropriate, teaching which is considered to be secondary or higher education for the purposes of state social support and pension insurance, point 153 is deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 30 April 2006.
