DECLARATION
of 4 June 2003
laying down a model for reporting and certification of the use of agricultural land by user relationship
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Section 3f of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll.:
Reporting on the use of agricultural land by user relationship
The model for the declaration of use of agricultural land according to user relations (hereinafter referred to as "the register ') is set out in Annex 1 to this Decree, the integral part of which is the list of continuous areas of agricultural land (hereinafter referred to as" the list of parcels').
Certificate of registration
The models of the certificate of entry in the register are set out in Annexes 2 and 3 to this Decree. An integral part of the certificate is the list of soil blocks and, where applicable, parts of soil blocks included in the register, a model of which is given in Annex 4 to this Decree.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
