of 13 July 1999
amending Act No. 1 / 1991 Coll., on Employment, as amended, Act No. 9 / 1991 Coll., on Employment and Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic on Employment, as amended, Act No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on Administrative Charges, as amended, and Act No. 65 / 1965 Coll., Labour Code, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on Administrative Charges, as amended by Act No. 10 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 72 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 85 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 273 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 36 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 118 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 160 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 301 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 151 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 305 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 149 / 1998 Coll., Act No. 157 / 1998 Coll., Act No. 167 / 1998 Coll., Act No. 63 / 1999 Coll., and Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Part I of the Annex, in entry 22, the following points (h) to (l) are added at the end of the text:
"(h) Issue of permission to obtain employees from abroad CZK 2 000, -
i) Issue of permission to work for foreigners CZK 500, -
j) Issue of permission to arrange employment for foreigners in the Czech Republic CZK 10 000, -
k) Issue of permission to arrange employment abroad CZK 10 000, -
l) Issue of permission to arrange employment in the Czech Republic CZK 1000, -. "
2. In Part I of the Annex, in the notes to entry 22, the following points 5 and 6 are added at the end of the text, including footnote 4a:
"5. Authorisations under points (h) and (i) of this heading shall be issued by the administrative authority (Labour Office) pursuant to Act No. 1 / 1991 Coll., on Employment, as amended. The authorisation referred to in points (j), (k) and (l) of this entry is issued by the administrative body (Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs) under Act No. 9 / 1991 Coll., on employment and the competence of the authorities of the Czech Republic on the employment sector, as amended.
6. For the purposes of the operations under points (i) and (j) of this heading, a stranger is a person who needs a permit to work in the Czech Republic under special regulations. (4a)

The President of the Chamber of Deputies is hereby authorised to declare in the Collection of Laws of the Czech Republic the full text of Act No. 1 / 1991 Coll., on Employment, as is apparent from the subsequent regulations.
Efficacy
This Law shall take effect on 1 October 1999, with the exception of Article I (31) and (32), which shall take effect on 1 January 2000.
