Communication from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs No. 167 / 1995 Coll.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that on 8 January 1993 the Administrative Agreement between the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic on the Treaty between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic on Mutual Employment of Citizens of 29 October 1992, published under No. 227 / 1993 Coll.

The administrative arrangement became effective on the basis of Article 10 thereof, i.e. on 3 May 1993.

On 20 March 1995, the Protocol between the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic on the extension and amendment of the Legal Agreement between the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic to the Treaty between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic on the employment of citizens.

This Protocol entered into force on the date of signature, 20 March 1995. The Protocol between the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and the Family of the Slovak Republic on the extension and amendment of the Administrative Agreement between the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic to the Treaty between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic on the mutual employment of citizens, signed in Prague on 31 December 1993, expired on this date.
