DECLARATION
Ministry of Interior of the Czech Socialist Republic
of 9 December 1969
amending Decree No 87 / 1964 of the Ministry of the Interior Coll., on driving licences
The Ministry of Interior of the Czech Socialist Republic, in agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 16 paragraph 1 (a) of Decree No. 54 / 1953 Coll., on road traffic, as amended by the legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 13 / 1965 Coll.:
Decree No 87 / 1964 Coll., on driving licences, is amended as follows:
Article 11, second sentence:
"However, supplementary training shall not be supported by a category D driving licence applicant (Section 3 (1)); the applicant for category E driving authorisation (Section 3 (2)) shall not be subjected to additional training and testing. ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
