on the issue of a price decision
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic in the Price Field, as amended, and pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, Decision No 2 / 2021 of 30 March 2021 amending the Energy Regulatory Authority's Price Decision No 9 / 2020 of 27 November 2020 setting out prices for related services in electricity and other regulated prices.
According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published Price Decision No 2 / 2021 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 30 March 2021, amounting to 3. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. The activities took place on 1 April 2021.
