DECLARATION
of 22 June 2007
amending Decree No. 505 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Social Services Act
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides according to § 119 paragraph 2 of Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on Social Services:
Decree No. 505 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Social Services Act, is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 6 (2) (a), the words "and (d) (1) to (6)" shall be replaced by the words "(d) (1) to (6) and (e)."
2. After Paragraph 25, the following Section 25a is inserted:
Intervention centres
Basic activities in the provision of social services in intervention centres shall be provided to the following extent:
(a) socio-therapeutic activities: crisis interventions and other socio-therapeutic activities, the provision of which leads to overcoming the crisis situation and the start of a subsequent therapeutic process;
(b) assistance in the exercise of rights, legitimate interests and in the provision of personal matters:
1. assistance in communication leading to the exercise of rights and legitimate interests,
2. assistance in the handling of common affairs,
(c) provision of accommodation, if it is a residence form of service:
1. accommodation for a limited period not exceeding 7 days,
2. the creation of conditions for washing, repair and ironing of personal and, where appropriate, bed linen and clothing,
(d) provision of a diet or assistance in providing a diet, if it is a residence form:
1. ensuring a full-day diet corresponding to age, the principles of rational nutrition and the needs of diet; or
2. the creation of conditions for self-preparation. ';
3. in Article 38 (1) (c) and (3) (c), "sufficiently" is replaced by "partly."
4. In Annex No 2, point 8, point (b) is deleted.
Points (c) and (d) shall be renumbered (b) and (c).
5. In Annex 2, point 8, at the end of point (c), the words "; in the event of a conflict between a person in such relations, the provider shall maintain a neutral position 'shall be added.
6. In Annex 2, point 9 (a) of the part of the sentence in front of the semicolon, the words "referred to in Section 115 of the Social Services Act 'shall be inserted after the words" employees' assumptions'.
7. In Annex No 2, point 9, at the end of point (c), the words "; the provider shall follow these rules' shall be added.
8. In Annex No 2, point 10, at the end of the text in point (a), the words "; the provider shall follow this procedure 'shall be added.
9. In Annex No 2, point 10, at the end of the text in point (b), the words "the provider shall proceed under this programme 'shall be added.
10. In Annex No 2, point 10, at the end of the text in points (c) and (d), the words "the provider shall proceed according to this system 'shall be added.
11. in Annex 2, point (10) (e), the words "who work directly with persons to whom social services are provided" shall be inserted after the words "staff";
12. In Annex No 2, point 15, at the end of point (b), the words "; the provider shall follow these rules' shall be added.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
