DECLARATION
of 26 May 2003
extending the commitment of a collective agreement to a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
The collective contract of a higher degree concluded on 15 December 2000 between the Union Union of Mining Workers, Geology and the Oil Industry and the Employee Association of the Mining and Oil Industry - the Community of Miners of the CR1), as amended by Appendix 1 concluded on 4 December 20012) and Appendix 2 concluded on 29 November 20023, shall be binding on the employers listed in the Annex as from the effective date of this Decree.
This decree shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
