determining the applicable amount for determining the total amount of wage entitlements paid to one employee under the Employee's Insolvency Protection Act and amending certain laws
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 5 (2) of Act No. 118 / 2000 Coll., on the protection of employees in the insolvency of the employer and on the amendment of certain laws:
The amount for determining the total amount of wage entitlements paid to one employee until 30 April 2001 is CZK 12 658.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2000.
