DECLARATION
Ministry of Finance
of 15 July 1997
supplementing the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic No. 205 / 1991 Coll., on the management of the budget resources of the state budget of the Czech Republic and on the financial management of budgetary and contribution organisations
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 35 paragraph 2 (a) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 576 / 1990 Coll., on rules of eligibility with budgetary resources of the Czech Republic and the municipalities in the Czech Republic (Budget Rules of the Czech National Council No. 579 / 1991 Coll.:
The decree of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic No. 205 / 1991 Coll., on the management of the budget resources of the state budget of the Czech Republic and on the financial management of budgetary and contribution organisations is added as follows:
1. the following point (e) shall be added to Article 10 (2):
"(e) other expenditure approved in exceptional cases by the Government of the Czech Republic and for organisations set up by municipalities by their founder."
2. the following point (g) shall be added to Article 23 (2):
"(g) other expenditure approved in exceptional cases by the Government of the Czech Republic and for organisations set up by municipalities by their founder."
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
