amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 576 / 1990 Coll., on the Rules of Management of the Budget Funds of the Czech Republic and of the Municipality of the Czech Republic (Budget Rules of the Republic), as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 579 / 1991 Coll.
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 576 / 1990 Coll., on the Rules of Management of the Budget Funds of the Czech Republic and the Municipality of the Czech Republic (Budget Rules of the Republic), as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 579 / 1991 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the first sentence of Article 4 (3), the words "credit or" shall be inserted after the words "funds acquired."
2. in Article 5 (1) (b), the words "expenditure on the issue of government securities and on the payment of income to their owners" shall be replaced by the words "expenditure on the issue of government securities and on its administration, on the payment of income to owners, including the purchase of an issue after the end of the maturity period."
3. In Article 5 (1) (c), a comma is deleted at the end and the words "and any repayments of liabilities resulting from the loan guarantees taken over are added,"
4.
(b) approve up to 10% of the amount of income of the State Budget of the Republic approved by the Act on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for the relevant year of the State guarantee, in particular for loans granted to legal persons. "
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
