THE LAW
of 7 May 1990
repealing Act No. 180 / 1980 Coll., establishing the Federal Office for Press and Information
The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic decided on this law:
1. On 31 July 1990, the Federal Office for Press and Information is hereby repealed.
2. The Office of the Bureau of the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic shall be transferred to the Office of the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic as at the date referred to in point 1. of the law and obligations of:
(a) employment relations, in particular those referred to in Section 47 (2) of the Labour Code,
(b) property legal and other relationships.
They shall be deleted:
1. Act No. 180 / 1980 Coll., establishing the Federal Office for Press and Information;
2. Sections 111 and 112 of Act No. 194 / 1988 Coll., on the jurisdiction of federal central government bodies.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
