3. In Annex No 8, Table B, the column headed "Explosive type 'in the fifth column above (" coal') incorrectly indicates "DBT-PP, DBT I ';" DBT I "is meant to be.
4. In the text referred to in point (a) (2), the "Modification of the Slovak Banský úrad 'is to be correctly stated instead of" Modification of the Slovak Banské úrad'.
