on certain measures in the field of military justice.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
In the field of military justice, the period from 1 January 1951 to 31 December 1952 shall be fixed for the implementation of organisational changes within the meaning of Article 141 (2) of the Constitution.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; to be carried out by the Minister for National Defence.
