Law
of 11 May 1949
the seat of the Administrative Court.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
§ 1.
The seat of the Administrative Court (§ 137 (1) of the Constitution) shall be determined by Bratislava.
§ 2.
The Law of 16 June 1937, No. 164 Coll., on the Supreme Administrative Court applies to the administrative court until the new regulation.
§ 3.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
