of 7 July 1948
repealing the provisions on the arrangements for the sale of tobacco products.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to Section 2, paragraph 2 of the Act of 2 October 1946, No. 195 Coll., on the applicability of the rules of the period of infreedom:
The applicability of the Government Decree of 24 September 1941, No 342 Coll., on the treatment of the sale of tobacco products, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 July 1948; to be carried out by the Minister for Finance.
