amending the Act of 17 February 1922, No. 85 Coll., on the State guarantee to agricultural cooperatives, excluding the cooperative credit and consumable.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
The State guarantee provided for in § 1 of Act No. 85 / 1922 Coll. up to 50 million Czech crowns is increased to 250 million Czech crowns.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Minister for Agriculture in agreement with the Minister for Finance.
