on the extension of the commitment of Appendix 1 to the Collective Higher Level Contract
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that Appendix 1 to the Collective Agreement of the Higher Degree for 2016 - 2019, which was concluded on 29 March 2017 between the Higher Trade Union Body - Construction of the Czech Republic, the Department of Transport Workers' Union, the Road Economy and the Automotive Repair of the Czech Republic and Moravia, and the Employers' Association of Workers in the Czech Republic, 23.3, 23.5, 23.9, 23.9, and 43, is binding on other employers with an overriding activity in the sector classified as economic activities of the CZ - NACE: 08.1, 16.23, 22.23, 23.2, 23.3, 23.3, 23.5, 23.9, 23.9, 41.
