amending Act No. 40 / 2009 Coll., Penal Code, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 40 / 2009 Coll., Criminal Code, as amended by Act No. 306 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 181 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 330 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 357 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 375 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 420 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 458 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 193 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 360 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 390 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 279 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 141 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 86 / 2015 Coll., Act No. 241 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 241 / 2013 Coll.
1. In Paragraph 214 (1), the word "or 'shall be added at the end of point (b).
2. In Article 214 (1), the following is inserted after point (b):
"who will join in committing such an act."
3. In Paragraph 216 (1), the words "or they shall be associated to commit such an act 'shall be inserted after the words" allow'.
4. In Articles 230 (1) and 231 (1), "one year 'is replaced by" two years'.
5. In Paragraph 230 (2), "two 'is replaced by" three'.
6. In Paragraph 230 (3), "three 'is replaced by" four';
7. In Article 281 (1) and Article 282 (1) and (2), the words "even out of gross negligence," shall be inserted after the words "authorisation."
8. In Paragraph 298a (1), the words "not to a small extent 'are replaced by the words" even out of gross negligence'.
9. in Article 311 (1) (e), the words "or other means of passenger or freight transport or control" shall be replaced by the words "or other means of passenger or freight transport or fixed platforms on the mainland or control such means of transport or fixed platforms."
10. In Paragraph 311 (2) (iii), the words "or a member of a terrorist group 'are replaced by the words", a terrorist group or its member'.
11. in Article 311 (3) (a), the words "or 2" shall be inserted after the words "paragraph 1."
12. In Paragraph 333 (1), the words', one can promise 'shall be inserted after the word' asks'.
13. In footnote 1, the word "2011 / 92 / EU 'is replaced by" 2011 / 93 / EU' and at the end of the text the sentence "Directive 2013 / 40 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 August 2013 on attacks on information systems and the replacement of Council Framework Decision 2005 / 222 / JHA 'is added.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on 1 September 2015.
