DECLARATION
of 19 April 2005
amending Decree No. 105 / 2003 Coll., on the Announcement of the National Natural Monuments of the Pošov Aragonite Cave and laying down the closer conditions for its protection, and Decree No. 236 / 1999 Coll., declaring the National Natural Monument of the Bozkov Dolomite Cave and laying down its closer protection conditions
According to § 79 (3) (b) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll.:
Amendment to Decree No. 105 / 2003 Coll., on the Announcement of the National Natural Monuments of the Weapons Aragonite Cave and establishing the closer conditions for its protection
Decree No. 105 / 2003 Coll., on the declaration of the National Natural Monuments of the Weapons Aragonite Cave and the establishment of closer conditions for its protection, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (1), the first sentence is replaced by the sentence "The national natural monument is situated in the cadastral territory of Teplice nad Bečvou, in the protection zone I of the natural medical resources of the Teplice nad Bečvou1 spa site and in the internal spa area of the Teplice nad Bečvou spa site."
2. in Article 3 (g), including footnote 5,
"(g) to make changes to finished structures and equipment or to changes to buildings and equipment before they are completed; consent is not required for changes to finished buildings and equipment or changes to buildings and equipment before they are completed in the cadastral territory of Teplice nad Bečvou on the building parcels registered in the cadastral land register under the numbers 66, 71, 73, 74, 75, 87, 121, 122 and 170, unless it is involved in the land and for the use and recovery of natural medical resources (5) and existing civil engineering networks throughout the territory of the national natural heritage,
5) § 35 (2) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll. '.
3. In Section 3, footnote 3 is deleted.
4. Annex 2 shall read as follows:
"Annex No 2 to Decree No 105 / 2003 Coll.
Amendment to Decree No. 236 / 1999 Coll., declaring the National Natural Monument of the Bozkov Dolomite Cave and laying down its close protection conditions
Decree No. 236 / 1999 Coll., declaring the National Natural Monument of the Bozkov Dolomite Cave and laying down closer protection conditions, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (1), the last sentence is deleted.
2. in Article 3 (1) (g):
"(g) enter the public of inaccessible caves,."
EFFECTIVE
This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 2005.
